Groups Terms & Conditions
Booking Conditions
1. One adult per 10 children is required for supervision purposes (minimum of 2 adults) and they will be admitted free of charge. Adult numbers exceeding the above ratio will be charged at the standard group rate.
2. Adults are required to supervise the children at all times whilst at Trabolgan. These packages are not guided tours.
3. Under 8’s must be accompanied while swimming in the pool. Non swimming children cannot use the slide unless there is a supervisor waiting for them in the plunge pool.
4. As Trabolgan is so popular, the demand for Special Day Visits is quite heavy. You are advised to contact us at least 8 weeks before your proposed visit to check availability.
5. All group bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
6. Swimwear must be worn in the pool area. Bathing Caps must be worn in the pool.
7. €1.00 coins are required for the pool lockers (these are refundable). All bags/personal belongings must be placed in the locker while in the pool.
8. Meals are served at Casey’s Fast Food. Serving times may be requested and are subject to availability. Dining will be at Casey’s or The Cove, as appropriate.
9. Package B, C – Consent Forms for TAS can be returned prior to or on the arrival day to Trabolgan.Failure to do so will result in refusal to participate in the activities.

Please Note
- Groups must be at the appointed meeting place 5 minutes in advance of TAS sessions.
- TAS activities are non transferable.
- Equipment for certain activities can be hired out by the Group Leader, a refundable deposit may be required.
- €2.00 deposit is required for golf balls for crazy golf.
11. To Participate in TAS activities a child must be 6 years of age. (Quad Bikes, Archery and Zip Wire Age 8 or over and Go Karts approx age 11 or over)
12. Please return a completed booking form within 14 days of making your provisional booking, together with a non-refundable booking deposit of €2.00 per person. Please send to: Groups Co-ordinator, Trabolgan Holiday Centre, Whitegate, Midleton, Co.Cork.
Emergency/Security
If you have an emergency – please contact our Guest Care Manager at Reception or any Security Staff. Security Personnel operates on a 24 hour basis at Trabolgan.
Safety Pointer
We at Trabolgan are proud of our safety record for adults and children, but we obviously cannot supervise all areas of play and entertainment. We rely on the good judgement of our adult guests, especially parents and teachers, for the care of children on unsupervised playgrounds, sports areas and in the supervised swimming pool, bowling and crazy golf.
As you know, the natural environment of Trabolgan and the locality are among its great attractions, but we ask you to be alert to the natural dangers that exist and we ask that you take extra care especially when walking or playing in the vicinity of the cove and cliff area, as these are liable to erosion and subsidence. We try to keep any restrictions to a minimum and where we do have safety rules and warnings, we would ask that you please accept these for your own, your group’s and other guest’s benefit.
Please Note
Because of our high standards of maintenance, cleaning etc., some of the facilities may be closed for a short time on Arrival /Departure days. (Fridays & Mondays) We trust that this will not inconvenience you.
